Budgeting
- Business Analysis (knows operations, facilities, IT, finance, WF, and the interplay of each);
- Basically how to make the business profitable;
- Should be able to manage in a matrix (since he will have cross functional duties spanning the entire organization);
- Strong financial background - has exposure in any or several: financial management reporting, budgeting, modeling, invoicing;
- Able to manage in a matrix structure (since he will have cross functional duties spanning the entire organization)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- The ideal candidate would have at least 7-10 years work experience and have both a financial and operational background in a BPO setting.
- The candidate should have a pleasant disposition and a positive outlook.
- Would've shown ethical decision making throughout their career
- Has displayed strong creative problem-solving skills;
- Resourceful and adaptable
- Good business understanding (knows when the solution is a process, people, wait, etc)
- Can prioritize actions by weighing attainability, resources needed, importance, etc
- Has a track record of detecting problems / irregularities and
- Pursuing the solutions independently and
- Has a history of actually resolving the problem (could be campaign specific, department specific, etc), especially financial ones
- Has been able to manage a profitable program in operations;
- Understands reporting
- Understands interrelationships of operational KPIs to financial ones
- Strong communication skills;
- Solid grammar is a given
- Is able to articulate a story concisely
- Understands when to confront, escalate, etc
