- Reviews data generated by the system.
- Performs daily department operations.
- Understands proper taxation of employer paid benefits.
- Understands government premium deductions against employees’ salary components.
- Understands entire payroll process from employee hiring, time entry accumulations, leave processing up to payroll generation.
- Process accurate and timely year-end reporting (Alphalist generation).
- Prepares a summary of payroll disputes every pay period and monitors the same up to its resolution.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A degree in Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
- Working knowledge and experience in Oracle is a definitive advantage.
