Recruitment Planning & Placement
- Manage recruitment and assessment on placement.
- Prepare manpower requirements and assist in the conduct of job analysis and the study of organizational structure.
- Conduct job observation, succession planning, competency profiling, education schemes, etc.
- Prepare Employment Offers and administer the placement of new staff.
Training & Employee Awareness
- Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
- Assist in formulating and implementing comprehensive training programs for newly hired staff.
- Provide Company Policies and Guidelines awareness to the employees.
Performance Management
- Administer performance review program to ensure effectiveness, compliance, and equity within organization.
Compensation & Benefits Management
- Review and manage the annual performance based increments and bonuses.
- Conduct salary surveys within labor market to determine competitive salaries.
- Administer payroll and benefits programs such as life, health and dental insurances, pension plans, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance.
(Other) Human Resource Management
- Prepare proposals and implementation of action plans to enhance human resource system.
- Prepare and maintain personnel records and monthly human resource reports.
- Identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
- Ensure compliance with guidelines and policies governing the company and local regulatory requirements.
Administrative Tasks
- Handle all office administrative and management tasks including correspondences, reports, memos, presentations, maintaining hard copy and electronic filing systems and answer telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Devising and maintaining office systems to deal effectively and efficiently with paper flow.
- Handle travel and accommodation arrangements for business trips.
- Administer all the logistics for company visitors/customers including meet and greet of client and visitors.
- Acquire and maintain data (prices & product/service details) from different product and service suppliers.
- Place orders from the different suppliers in order to maintain basic office supplies and needs.

- Good academic degree preferably in Human Resource, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Psychology, Communication, or any equivalent field.
- At least 3 years of progressive HR experience.
- Ideally background in start-ups.
- Strong capability in assessing, hiring, and developing and coaching talent.

- Positive-minded, forward-thinking, collaborative interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and integrity necessary to build a cohesive and focused team.
