Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and limit the risks of customer dissatisfaction
- Provide support to our customers by answering their questions in a proactive, clear and efficient way
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to the customers
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimal 2 years experiece as call center/ customer service/ operation website
- Having good Communication skills
- Service-oriented and able to work under pressure; a good team player with commitment and initiative; mature, self-motivated, patient, well organized and analytical
- Customer-oriented, with a positive attitude and ability to build effective relationships, able to probe deeply into customer needs to identify less obvious interests or expectations
- Can operate Ms. Office (especially Ms. Excell)
