Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Facilitate signing of Merchant Agreement/s & signing of POS Terminal Rental Agreement with the Merchant.
- Merchant orientation and training on POS terminal use and troubleshooting, settlement procedures, fraud management and acquirer regulations, and best practices.
- Coordination/ communication distribution with Merchants.
- Collection of POS terminal rentals and Merchant servicing.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year or 2-year course.
- With good communication skills.
- Can work well with minimal supervision.
- Customer-oriented.
