• Build confidence in customers about the product value, especially when first learning about Tanda.
• Provide the best level of support to customers to ensure customer happiness and retention.
• Assist in setting up customer accounts and provide specific product information and solutions.
• Coordinate with the department concerned in tracking and resolving technical issues.

• Work experience is a bonus but not required.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
