Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Purchase supplies and equipment as authorized by management
- Pay supplier invoices in a timely manner
- Take all reasonable discounts on supplier invoices
- Pay any debt as it comes due for payment
- Monitor debt levels and compliance with debt covenants
- Issue invoices to customers
- Collect sales taxes from customers and remit them to the government
- Ensure that receivables are collected promptly
- Record cash receipts and make bank deposits
- Conduct a monthly reconciliation of every bank account
- Maintain the petty cash fund
- Issue financial statements
- Maintain an orderly accounting filing system
- Maintain the annual budget
- Process payroll in a timely manner
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS in Accounting and any related course
- Minimum of 1 year book keepeing or Accounting experience
- Detail oriented
- Has administrative back ground
- Also has knowledge in payroll
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willing to work in Valenzuela City

Maintenance Engineering Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting complex and/or repetitive issues on state of the art Blow Molding Machines, Custom Automation and support equipment. Other tasks include supporting our in house engineering teams as well as recommending, purchasing and implementing upgrades to production equipment.
