Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining Windows & Linux operating systems, application software and system management tools.
- Linux and Windows server experience preferred.
- Proven working experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting UNIX /Linux based environments.
- Experience in the administration and performance tuning of application stacks (e.g.,Tomcat, JBoss, Apache), Troubleshooting, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
- Managing and monitoring all installed systems and infrastructure and ensuring the high infrastructure availability.
- LAN and WAN experience.
- Experience configuring and supporting Cisco devices preferred.
- Networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
- Ability to administer and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices including wireless access points, firewall, switches & controllers.
- Maximizes network performance by monitoring, troubleshooting network problems and outages.
- Protecting data, software and hardware by coordinating, planning and implementing network security measures.
- Maintaining, configuring and monitoring virus protection software and email application.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Knowledge on VC eg. Polycom.
- Knowledge in configuring & monitoring VoIP phones.
- Ability to document the infrastructure and process.
- A self-starter able to work independently but comfortable working in a team environment.
- Dependable and flexible when necessary.
