Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- A Software Quality Assurance Test Lead’s overall responsibilities include ensuring the test team’s compliance with the QA Test methodologies and timely delivery of tested projects. The SQA Test
- Lead’s primary responsibility is the creation and execution of specific test plans and the delivery of test results as stipulated in the Test Methodology.
- Prepares the Test Plan following the prescribed Test Methodology. This includes the test schedules and requirements for the test project.
- Define test specifications and conditions based on the Test Plan.
- Analyzes the requirements during the requirements analysis phase of the projects.
- Keeps track of the new requirements from the project.
- Forecast/estimate the effort needed to complete testing for the project’s requirements.
- Ensure the availability/creation of required test data and environment.
- Coordinates with IT for the availability of hardware and software requirements. Performs configuration management tasks related to testing.
- Creates and executes test cases.
- Checks/reviews the test cases and other reports/documents created/updated by team members.
- Supervises the schedules and deliverables of the test team.
- Ensure that the team complies with the QA policies and procedures.
- Creates, maintains and enhances the Test Process and Deliverable templates used for the loading of results into the Test database and used to meet all reporting requirements.
- Raises issues/risks relating to the project to the Project Manager.
- Reviews all defects identified and ensure they are entered properly into the company’s defect tracking system.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With knowledge and understanding of the software quality processes
- Knowledgeable in UNIX environment
- Software Development Life Cycle concepts
- Object-oriented designs and methodologies
- Knowledge in Agile Methodology
- Demonstrated skills in test plan/test case development, bug identification, and tracking
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extensive knowledge and experience using a variety of testing tools, techniques, and methodologies
