Operations Manager | Publishing  

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and direct the operations team to achieve business targets and provide inspired leadership for the organization.
• Prepare publishing plans and oversee annual budgets for the Company and monitor performance and activities against these plans and budgets.
• Proofreads publications prior to publishing.
• Responsible for the successful launch of all the publications.
• Support operational risk and audit process for the purpose of preventive maintenance.
• Review, develop and implement standard operating procedures and policies for all business operational activities.
• Determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
• Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.
• Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
• Support worker communication with the management team.
• Ensure team follows standard operating procedures for all operational functions.
• Conduct regular meetings with the team to discuss about issues, concerns, updates etc.
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
• Help promote a company culture that encourages top performance and high morale.
• Raise the profile of Company within the industry nationwide or worldwide

• Bachelor’s degree in operations management or related field.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Assistant Manager/Manager specialized in Publishing/Printing or equivalent.
• Experience in management, operations, and leadership.
• Understanding of general finance and budgeting
• Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and employees.
• Excellent communication skills.
