Marketing and Events Officer  

The position is responsible for successfully delivering the department's marketing needs: digital and traditional. It also focuses on being able to create output that effectively communicates the department's objective with each project.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Initiates planning, creation, and production of marketing plans for the company;
• Delivers objective-driven marketing campaigns to successfully accomplish the objectives of each brand and their subsequent presence across all formats: digital, physical, on-ground and print;
• Liaises and schedules with editorial, press and operations teams within the company in the successful execution of projects;
• Outlines and works on multiple assigned projects within the prescribed time tables and;
• Produces exceptional campaign concepts that are consistent with the company's corporate language and standard of execution;

• College graduate, with experience in the creative and marketing industry, digital and traditional;
• Preferably has real estate knowledge and background;
• Has thorough knowledge of Facebook/Google ads and analytics reporting;
• Has excellent working knowledge of emerging technologies and its applications in Marketing;
• Strong and directional understanding of typography, art, and design;
• Proactive disposition of the mindset to foster continuous improvement
