Deskripsi Pekerjaan
OVERALL RESPONSIBILITY:
Proactively perform customer service functions whenever needed.
CUSTOMER SERVICE FUNCTION:
- Order-taking
- Processing of payment
- Handling of complaints
- Listing of bad orders
- Answering telephone calls, inquiries or quotations
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a reliever whenever an Account Specialist is unavailable
- Process all orders sent electronically either through Argus or online ordering system
- Print reports needed by Account Specialist
- Endorse properly to concerned Account Specialist all details relating to transactions of customers handled or served
- Handle customers requests and complaints promptly and satisfactorily
- Interact with customers in a friendly, courteous and professional way
- Maintains a good attendance record by avoiding unwanted tardiness and absences from work
- Attend company meetings and trainings.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4 year course
- Openings in Binondo, Paranaque and Meycauayan
- With or without experience in selling
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
