Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- You will help develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies using both the digital and traditional platforms with the primary goal of generating leads as well as in developing the SurePro brand
- You will be principally responsible in managing SurePro’s website ensuring that its content is up-to-date and relevant (including writing and generating contents)
- You will co-ordinate all social media activity across the organization
- You will coordinate and/or directly handle communications received through SurePro’s generic marketing emails (e.g., events@, marketing@, training@)
- You will work closely with other members of the marketing team in developing and executing collaterals
- You will create marketing reports detailing the results of campaigns and other relevant analysis
- You will coordinate with and support other teams to determine the most relevant marketing plans for SurePro’s product and services as well to provide progress updates on existing campaigns
- You will take the lead in all the documentation efforts of SurePro—photography, video and audio and its conversion to digital format.
- You will coordinate with other teams to support lead generation and other marketing initiatives (e.g., specific campaigns, evets etc.)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in sales and marketing, business management, or related discipline required with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes;
- At least three to four years working experience;
- Excellent team work and communication skills and be able to work independently and on your own initiative;
- IT skills are vital including experience of Microsoft Office;
- Experience in web based content management systems, HTML, graphic design, and photo and video editing would be an advantage;
- Experience of delivering a digital communications strategy would also be desirable;
- Highly passionate about marketing work, self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented;
- Must be self-motivated, disciplined, focused and results-oriented with the ability to problem-solve during crisis situation;
- With a positive attitude and pleasing personality;
- Can work under pressure and efficiently
- Must not be more than 40 years old
