- Must be able to work with a team or work with less supervision.
- Assist Web/Graphic Designer with questions related to the development of the design
- Deliver tasks on or before the deadline set by the Project Manager
- Follow up on missing requirements with the Project Manager if there are any.
- Time rendered for the task assigned should be within the budget hours assessed by the Project Manager.
- Participate in the composition of internal coding standards for the department.
- Maintain high standards of work quality and accuracy based on our development guidelines.
- Accuracy of requirements being implemented on the sites as provided by the Project Manager.
- Seeks ways to continually improve the quality of work
- Resolve issues that the Web Quality Analyst may find on the site that are integral for the delivery of the project.
- Participate in different initiatives that would benefit the company moving forward
- Recommend improvements to existing processes and systems being used
- Must be updated with the latest development standards, best practices and trends.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong Knowledge (at least 3 years’ experience) — PHP, HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX
- CMS (at least 2 years’ experience) — WordPress
- Application — Photoshop, MS Word, MS Excel
- SEO Tools — Google Analytics and Google Webmaster setup and configuration, W3C, PageSpeed Insights, etc.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills and keen attention to details
- Mobile Responsive Development
- Basic to Advanced knowledge in backend WordPress development.
