The Web/Graphic Designer position is primarily responsible for delivering wireframe and design tasks assigned by the Project Manager. This position reports to the Director of ENT and SMB Development, catering to creative design needs of Enterprise and SMB clients.
As a Web/Graphic Designer, you'll be in charge of...
- Creating wireframes that adheres to client requirements.
- Designing mockups for both internal and external clients that follow requirements set by the Project Manager.
- Delivering wireframes and designs materials on or before the deadline set by the Project Manager
- Conducting follow up on missing requirements with the Project Manager if there are any.
- Making sure that time rendered for the task assigned should be within the budget hours assessed by the Project Manager.
- Working closely with the Human Capital Supervisor to create designs that will be used for Surefire Social (Makati)
- Working closely with the Marketing Department for any design needs.
- Delivering design needs on or before the deadline set by the stakeholder/s
- Conducting follow up on missing requirements with the stakeholder/s if there are any.
- Participating in different initiatives that would benefit the company moving forward, such as, but not limited to Theme Design and Internal Product UI design.
- Recommending improvements to existing processes and systems being used
- Keeping yourself updated with the latest development standards, best practices and trends.
- Collaborating with developers in terms of design feasibility in Wordpress
- Sharing knowledge with colleagues.
Kualifikasi Minimum

- At least two years' professional experience in UX/UI, Web and Graphic Design.
- Intermediate knowledge in HTML and CSS
- Intermediate knowledge in Wordpress, OOP
- Strong knowledge in Adobe Photoshop CC, Adobe Illustrator CC, Adobe XD and other designing software.
