Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Collaborate with programmers and artists of the Game Team
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Ensure strict implementation of quality assurance standards
- Plan, conduct, and monitor testing phases for all products of the Game Team, to make sure it passes the quality assurance standards before release
- Organize all quality assurance related documents and materials
- Prepare reports to communicate results of quality assurance tests
- Evaluate results of quality assurance tests and implement appropriate corrective measures
- Transfer key knowledge on quality assurance standards and practices to facilitate improved company performance
- Provide expert advice and recommended solutions to address customers complaints and non-conformance issues
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Degree in Computer Science, or any related area
- Experience with quality assurance testing of projects and/or products
- Experience with the setup and implementation of testing tools and applications
- Well-versed with concepts and methodologies of QA
- Experience in game testing and QA is an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Works well alone and with a team
- Excellent problem analysis and solving skills
- Customer service oriented
- Up-to-date with current trends
