- Oversee sales and recruitment of Agency Managers and Sales Consultants
- Conduct sales operations in accordance with the company's Marketing Masterplan
- Ensure constant sales of Super Card to achieve company goals
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 5-years of work experience in the field of Sales and Marketing or Business Development
- Good PR and communication skills
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Good network of existing clients and contacts is a plus
