Primarily responsible for acquiring new business and client retention and growth.

The person is responsible for prospecting and soliciting investments direct from the market and company-sponsored initiatives; and referrals from the agency force, if any. For identified large corporate accounts, he/she is responsible for relationship management, ensuring client retention and continuing business growth by providing after sales service in the areas of account management and administration. He/she shall formulate and execute plans, programs, and strategies to ensure the attainment of the job’s objectives.

As a Senior Relationship Manager, he/she should be able to influence middle management on business solutions (eg fee structure, etc) and the resolve of difficult situations.

Kualifikasi Minimum

Education and Experience:

College graduate, preferably Sales and Marketing, Accounting or business-related course.
At least 5 years of sales/account management related job, preferably from financial institutions.
Evident track record of business growth based on the size of portfolio/accounts generated and handled.
If not yet licensed, must be willing to be licensed in mutual funds and trust, as may be required.
Willing to travel around the Philippines and on flexible schedules
