Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process all types of billings (renewal, modal, pro-rata, supplementary, reinstatement) with 99% accuracy and following the agreed TAT.
- Attends and provides prompt response to phone and email inquiries of clients and intermediaries within the timeline indicated below. Immediately escalates cases which are beyond the authority.
- Attend to all client engagements specifically for Renewal Negotiations, Policy Administration and Complaints handling all year round
- Provide recommendation on policy-level changes and special administration arrangements within an agreed timeline.
- Complete assigned projects and submit regular reports following agreed timeline.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
