- Assist financial advisors in assessing client's short- and long-term financial goals, and create financial plans
- Help clients create and diversify their investment and risk management portfolio
- Develop and manage highly productive teams / financial advisors
- Improve profitability, analyze markets for business opportunities
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Has a passion and heart for advocacies;
- Coachable, trainable, willing to learn;
- Confident in handling different types of personalities;
- Willing to work under pressure;
- Experience in handling / managing teams;
- High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, flexibility and self-motivated;
- Sales experience is an advantage
