Unit Manager - Taguig City (BGC)  

• Recruit, build, and manage a team of Financial Advisors
• Conduct training to Financial Advisors to ensure and maintain high levels of productivity
• Perform sales activities through joint field work with Financial Advisors
• Develop various business segments
• Attend trainings of the branch and corporate office to enhance leadership and management skills
• Uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations
