- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s clients base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Own recruiting, Selling of services, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Address clients query related to insurances and investment plans.
- Perform comprehensive financial planning to help clients realize their current financial status.
- Provide and recommend sound financial solutions to meet the clients’ needs and goals.
- Nurture and develop future leaders.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course.
- Has excellent interpesonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Has an entrepreneurial mindset
- Has a strong leadership background and passionate to inspire others
