Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist and support the official work of the Board of Commissioners and Directors
- Prepare meeting agendas, work agendas the Board of Commissioners and Directors
- Manage the circulation of internal memos from the Division to the BOD
- Process, record, distribute and archive external incoming letters addressed to the Board of Commissioners & Directors
- Monitor the handling of petty cash for the needs of the Board of Commissioners and Directors
- Minute of Meeting, report, analyze in English
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Diploma Degree, Secretary or Bachelor's Degree, any major
- Detail oriented, good communication skill, and well grooming
- Advanced Ms. Office skills
- Good communication and relationship-building skills, able to collaborate with cross-functional teams including the ability to liaise with different departments.
