Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide final approval and release of certifications for operation readiness, release and operational transition.
- Handle escalation, process improvement, change management and overall governance of the service transition process
- Develop new strategies and control to help the team with the transition
- Perform budgeting, cost control and management
- Engage with stakeholders and present status updates
- Create and submit report needed for the entire project
- Manage resources, scheduling, and allocation of resources
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies/Information Technology/Administration/Management or equivalent
- Overall 8 years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in telecommunications
- Knowledgeable on infrastructure (e.g. Cloud, Networks) and software development
- Knowledgeable of Service Transition Process and Tools
- Proven experience in Project Management (at least 6 years of experience) and governance of overall service transition
- Proven Business Analyst/Service Transition Experience (at least 3 years of experience) in a technology environment
- Good interpersonal and client-handling skills
- Proven experience in a service transition environment
- Knowledgeable of Agile/Waterfall project management principles
- ITIL and PMP certified
