Overview
Jobholder is responsible for contributing to the growth and profitability of the company by achieving the operational goals/objectives established for the department’s key performance areas such as: financial analysis, general accounting, and tax management. He/she is also responsible for policy formulation & implementation to support the strategic goals/objectives set.
About the role
- Oversee daily operations of the accounting department
- Develop, enhance, review and recommend financial policies, guidelines and procedures
- Come up with the decisions for the department based on conclusions and judgments necessary for the department to act within the limits set
- Analyze and review financial reports or statements
- Provide recommendations on how to improve procedures
Kualifikasi Minimum
To be a successful candidate, you should have…
- 5 to 8 years of accounting work experience, 3 years of which should be in a managerial/professional capacity
- Excellent oral and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS programs
- BS Accountancy or any related field
- CPA is an advantage
