Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Achieve daily goals set as part of larger effort to drive measurable sales for the company's success
- Explain the benefits of specified products, concisely detailing all prices, offerings, and pertinent information
- Respond to inbound inquiries generated from the company website and qualify or disqualify leads
- Work cross-functionally and interact regularly with senior management and operations teams.
- Initiate consultative conversations with potential clients via phone and email outreach
- Nurture sales leads by preparing personalized follow-ups and customized presentations
- Take on specific projects as they arise (market research, presentation decks, etc.)
- Utilize CRM (such as Hubspot) for managing leads and follow-up
- Convey STORM Learning for Business’ value proposition with customers
- Provide excellent customer service through understanding the customer’s organizational challenges while assisting them with their training needs and learning goals
Kualifikasi Minimum
- 0-2 years of prior experience in inbound sales (especially as a SaaS technology company)
- Should have proven multitasking skills with the ability to handle multiple mediums of communication simultaneously including, phone, email and chat while working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong spoken and written English communication
- Entrepreneurial drive and comfort working in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments
- Must have strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
