Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Reviews requirements, specifications, and technical design documents of our systems.
- Creates detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and tests cases.
- Estimates, prioritizes, plans, and coordinates testing activities as needed.
- Coordinates and suggests possible solutions to Developers, Product Designers, and the Product Heads.
- Designs, develops, and executes under minimum supervision.
- Thoroughly identifies, records, documents, and tracks bugs. Better if can perform thorough regression testing after bug resolution.
- Manages the Release & Automation Operations, ensures the scripts run efficiently and are aligned with operational goals.
- Continually improves testing runtimes.
- Designs and develops a pure automation framework using open source tools, including build integration, reporting, performance testing and localized regression.
- Conducts training and knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- BS/MS Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
- 3 years of experience.
- Can work under minimum supervision.
- Has ability to create test plans and define testing strategies.
- Preferrably with experience in Robot Framework and Selenium
- Experience in database is a plus.
- Responsible, detail-oriented and relentless.
- Passionate in uncovering hard-to-find bugs.
- Has strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Passionate and excited for team work.
- Capable to work under extreme pressure.
- Has strong self-learning skills.
