Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Under General Accounting Department
- Conducts daily monitoring of Bank Transactions and balances
- Assists in monthly Bank reconciliations
- Checks and files of OR series in all SSI stores and locations
- Assists in monthly reconciliations of OR
- Does the filing of Statement of Accounts.
- Does assigned task from time to time.
Under Treasury & Payables Department
- Assists in processing incoming voucher requests.
- Verifies/checks supporting documents to voucher
- Sports and safe keeps voucher documents
- Encodes/prepares summary of vouchers per supplier
- Updates filing of original accounts payable vouchers
- Does assigned task from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Must be a graduate of Accountancy or related courses.
- Preferably has background in different Accounting functions (General Accounting/Treasury and Payables)
- Has good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be proficient in different MS Offices
- Fresh graduate with outstanding scholastic records may be considered.
