Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepares sales proposals for Events and Catering functions, brochures and catalogs.
- Generates sales reports for Catering and Events.
- Monitors and tracks sales and events reports.
- Manages prices and margins.
- Plans the selection, procurement, and menu for events.
- Visits commissary and warehouse.
- Follows-up on collection of payments from clients
- Does event planning, and client acquisition.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of HRM or any Business-related course.
- Background in the following:
- Events
- Sales
- Institutional sales
- Strong analytical and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willing to do field work.
