Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Operations manager's role are the following:
- Servs as the overall Head, conduct project management for on-going projects;
- Delegate work to field men;
- Troubleshoot issues on-site;
- Attend technical and management meetings;
- Visit projects and ensure quality controls are met and implemented.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- People management skills and experience;
- Project management experience;
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
