Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide technical end-user support via email and web chat.
- Provide restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems.
- Respond to end-user problems based on standard procedures.
- Correctly track incidents and calls, including but not limited to entering data into the database timely and accurately.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree or a Vocational course in IT-related courses is a plus.
- Undergrads are also welcome but must have completed at least (2) years in college or has finished a Diploma/Certificate course.
- At least (1) year email or chat technical support work experience.
- Familiarity working knowledge in PC hardware and/or software troubleshooting.
- Prior software application support (e.g. Outlook, etc.) experience is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with ticketing system is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to consistently meet or exceed required performance criteria.
- Willing to take several calls a day when necessary.
- Willing to work on US shifts, PH holidays, weekends.
