Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Will entertain customer queries at Official Starmobile Service Centers
- Generate statistical reports on types of queries encountered during the day and tally it down based on the type of customer inquiry.
- Should submit weekly reports on growing customer call trends found in the query logs.
- Should ensure proper filing of query logs and these are followed through if issues are not resolved on the first query
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Any short courses taken in communications and public speaking is a plus
- Any experience in mobile hardware and software technology is a plus
- Must be proficient in the English and Filipino language.
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
