We require that you interview with a hiring manager, first. Then, if successful, you'll graduate to a working interview, which will you'll be paid for. The Working interview will help you assess whether or not our Healthcare Advisor position is really a good fit for you. We're currently hiring registered nurses, Board passers or Fresh grads for an entry level Healthcare Advisor. Regarding pay, this really depends on HR and how well you interview.

What is a healthcare advisor and why are we specifically hiring registered nurses? Well, we're a healthcare BPO, and we service patients in the U.S.! We require Registered Nurses because we've found that those without the clinical background, experience, and indeed, expertise, find clinical and medical terminology far too foreign to keep up with our physicians and other clinical personnel in the States. Indeed, you'll be working hand in hand, day in day out, with clinical personnel in the U.S. So it's critical that we hire appropriately licensed, educated, and trained team members.
