Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Computing taxes, tax returns, and ensuring prompt payment
- Extracting customer ledger details from SAP to Excel files
- Preparing Journal Entries and Statutory Accounts
- Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Organize and maintain financial records
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries
- Controlling credit and chasing debt
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
- Preparing payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a graduate of BS Accountancy or equivalent
- Must have at least one year tax and accounting exposure
- Preferably with background in SAP, Account Payables, Account Receivables and Bank Reconciliation
- Must have at least 1-year experience in the related field
- Willing to be assigned in Makati or Boni Ave
- Can start ASAP
