Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct
- Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries
- Controlling credit and chasing debt
- Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits
- Prepares payments by accruing expenses; assigning account numbers; requesting disbursements; reconciling accounts
- Works with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals
- Compute taxes, prepare tax returns, ensure prompt payment
- Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements
- Analyzes information and options by developing spreadsheet reports
- Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least one year tax and accounting exposure
- Preferably with background in SAP, Account Payables, Account Receivables and Bank Reconciliation
