Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Perform call outfunction to new and existing clients.
- Monitor and ensure completion of account requirement.
- Support card/product usage through promotion and Marketing programs/Initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide them with necessary information.
- Provide fast and efficient assistance to address service gaps.
- Ensure administrative tasks are complete.
- Participate in famillarization program initiatives of the client.
- Perform other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least a Bachelor's/College degree in any field.
- If you're an undergraduate, you must have completed 2 straight years in college and acquired at least 3 months telesales experience.
- Work related experience is an advantage.
- Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements is an advantage.
- Proficient with various software applications including MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Fluent in English and in Filipin.
- Concise and clear speech.
- No glaring grammatical errors.
- Exceptional listening skills.
- Solid sense of customer orientation.
- Value and concern for accuracy.
- High regard for integrity.
- Resourceful and can adapt top various situations.
- Quota driven.
- Able to start as soon as possible.
- Willing to extend hours and work on weekends and holidays.
- Willing to be assigned to different MCC offices or locations.
