Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, routing documents, filing, and preparing reports to Management.
- Prepare and modify documents including reports, drafts, memos, and emails.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
- Perform data entry and scan documents.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any four-year course.
- Related work experience is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Organized and keen to details.
