Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handle simple to moderate inbound or outbound telephone initiated calls.
- Answer calls and respond to emails.
- Handle customer inquiries through call or by email.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Provide customers with product and service information.
- Process orders, forms, and applications.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Route calls to appropriate resource.
- Follow up customer calls.
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.
- Update existing customer information.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A graduate of any 4-year Business or Communication related course.
- Preferably with at least 6-months experience in customer service or any front-line position.
- Above average communication skills.
- Proficient in the use of Window based computer applications.
- With 40wpm typing speed capacity.
