Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Check import documents from CCM and share it with Warehouse
- Secure copy of PO from Purchasing and validate vs. import documents
- Check arrival of shipments and assigned broker for BOC clearance.
- Follow up with broker release of shipments and coordinate delivery to Warehouse.
- Secure trucking details, value of shipments per CV and coordinate with Insurance.
- Handle documentation during per room set-up (printing, photocopying, collating, etc.)
- Coordinate with Set-up Supervisor and Warehouse Manager on required FFE of the day.
- Printing and posting of FFE guide per room and distribution to set-up team.
- Endorsement to Insurance all transfers made from Warehouse to GHM site.
- Receive and check billings from vendors and process payment.
- Assist in counter-checking of FFE placed in each hotel rooms (quality, completeness, etc.) and report any non-conformance.
- Assist in the asset tagging and inventory.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Should be college graduate
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office – Excel and Word
- Proficient in English communication
- Keen to details and documentation
- Works with minimum supervision
- Willing to work for extended hours
