Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To handle and monitor maintenance contracts, on-site support and design of server infrastructure and network layout
- Provide technical support to various C&M projects but no limited to PABX, network hardware, server, switches, desktops and the like .
- Prepares technical proposal and estimate/costing and provide necessary assistance to sales team for prospective projects
- Prepares official correspondence, memo, transmittal for internal/ external clients.
- Computation and encoding of IP budget into the Oracle system
- Monitoring of care and maintenance contract particularly for CCSS
- Generation of Order/ Contract Approval for submission / approval by top management
- Preparation and calculation of billing summary and unbilled revenue (UBR) set-up for CCSS projects
- Monitoring of PO, delivery receipt, service reports and other technical documents
- Preparation and submission of progress report, trouble report and weekly project status report
- Others, any other tasks that may be assigned by the Section Manager and Head of PMSD
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must be a Graduate of a Bachelor's or an Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Must start as soon as possible
- Must be willing to work in Makati
- Must have at least 6 months of working experience in the field of IT
- Must be willing to accept a salary offer of PHP14,000 to PHP15,000 per month
