Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles simple to moderate inbound our outbound telephone initiated calls in a timely, professional, accurate and courteous manner and to pass quality assessment rating.
- Ensure accurate and timely response and processing of identifies client/advisor telephone-initiated requests and facilitates resolution of some complaints.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any business or communication course;
- At least 6 months experience in a customer service or any front-line position is an advantage;
- Must have average oral communication skills;
- Must have at least 40 words per minute typing speed;
- Must be willing to be assigned in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig.
