Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles telephone inquiries by providing corresponding assistant or solutions to the concerns of the client-members
- Acts as internal auditor for all accredited hospitals and doctors in some other assigned areas
- Provides assistance to Liason Officer by handling requirements that can be settled through coordination with some units at the Head Office, and by answering telephone inquiries
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4-year course preferably medical-related
- Must be knowledgeable in SOB processing and administration
- Above average communication skills
- Organized and with good interpersonal relation skills
