Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Handles telephone inquiries and provides corresponding assistance promptly
- Facilitates the validation, verification, and approval of out-patient consultations and procedures
- Accomplishes daily log sheets to be submitted daily
- Assists internal customers to their various concerns
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any 4 year course preferably medical related
- Knowledgeable in customer assistance, call center handling
- Above average communication skills
- Organized with good interpersonal relation skills
- Confident in dealing with various personalities
