Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- The incumbent manages and directs all activities of the Communications and Auxiliary Section.
- Plans, formulates, implements, monitors and evaluates projects, department policies and procedures.
- Manages effectively the daily operations and ongoing projects of the section, ensuring the costs are within budget and on time.
- Ensures implementation and maintenance and PM programs. Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease turnaround times, and streamline work processes and works cooperatively and jointly to provide quality seamless customer service.
- Oversees the development, attainment and maintenance of desired performance of the assigned section, which are consistent with the objective of the Medical Center and the Division
- Reviews continuously sections schedules to ensure that they are adequate for operational needs and to consistently perform according to standards
- Assists in the preparation of the sections annual operational plan and budget, incorporating the operational plans of the Section’s associates under his area
- Monitors and control department expenditures based on annual budget
- Assumes full leadership for revenue generation and cost control in the section and cooperates with other Department Manager in their efforts at revenue generation and cost control
- Provides recommendations on the sections project activities, budget, schedule and other works based on the directives of the Head and VP for engineering, through the Department Manager
- Evaluates program performance and develops intervention strategies
- Develops operating standards, implements, maintains and updates policies, procedures and regulations relevant to the assigned Section through research, benchmarking, analysis and evaluation
- Reviews and evaluates the organizations’ system periodically and recommends changes or improvement when necessary
- Maintains and updates the master-list of accredited project and service contractors in accordance to guidelines and procedures on contractor’s accreditation
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of BS Electronic Communication Engineering
- At least 3-5 years’ experience in Engineering Supervisory position in equipment maintenance relative to communication maintenance and instrumentations in the hospital or related setting
- With active PRC License
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
