Customer Success Manager  

Responsibilities:

• Effectively lead the Customer Success Team and evaluate their performance regularly
• Ensure service levels are consistently exceeded
• Improve current process and establish best practices from onboarding, to engagement to retention
• Provide customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
• Work with customers, guiding them through the customer journey and fostering a positive connections
• Mediate between clients and the organization
• Lead and support effective product training sessions
• Exhibit product mastery and provide business consultancy services to all internal and external customers
• Implement Squadzip and train prospective customers in effectively using the platform
• Advise team members for possible configurations for client tenants based on expressed needs
• Enforce standards and in Product Mastery and Delivery of Customer Success Services
• Communicate why Squadzip exists and how it can help our clients, in a manner that resonates with the audience
• Lead and Project manage important deliverables to clients and special projects and initiatives by ensuring timely delivery of work

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years experience in Customer Relationship Management
• Technical understanding with the ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience
• Excellent client-facing and communication skills
• Ability to gain an understanding of customers' concerns and thoughts in using the platform
• Ability to identify features that will benefit the clients the most based on their needs
• Self-driven and proactive nature
• High computer literacy and ability to learn new software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as speaking, reading, and writing ability in English and Tagalog
