Search Specialist  

• Implement a paid and organic search strategy that increases conversions, while decreasing cost of acquisition.
• Keyword research with deep understand of the clients’ product/service offering, USPs, and competitor differentiation.
• Prioritize keywords understanding the differences in success factors for SEO and SEM.
• Determine the optimal balance between effort and spend on SEO vs SEM.
• Use SEM and guidance to help prioritize the SEO campaign.
• Use SEO success and rankings to guide SEM prioritization and account expansion.
• Benchmark competitors to guide in initial prioritization of keywords and link building tactics.
  • Adapt as you see changes in strategy or new competitors emerging.
• Perform other responsibilities as may be assigned.

• At least 1 year of working knowledge AdWords SEM/GDN (could be entry level or expert).
• AdWords Certification.
  • Nice to have, but if not certified, we will certify you.
• At least 2 years of experience executing SEO campaigns or in building websites with a general knowledge of SEO concepts.
• Experienced with Crawling Tools and Website Audit Tools.
• Nice to have: API and Excel VBA experience
• Mastery of MS Excel.
• Analytical and organized.
• Can build and execute a plan.
• Can work fast with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work in Makati area.

Bonus skills that will help you shine:

• Working knowledge of other Paid Channels: FB, Remarketing, etc.
• Conversion Rate Optimization (Landing Pages).
• Excel: parsing, vlookup, pivot, charts.
• Ability to quickly assemble performance data from Google Analytics and AdWords to understand and improve performance.
