Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Manages and assists Corporate, Planning, and Compliance Director in all tax compliance, evaluation, and assessments.
- Generates and analyzes regular and ad hoc reports pertaining and/or related to tax requirements of the company.
- Ensures that the Company is compliant with all tax-related payments and report-submissions.
- Assists in solving tax related issues finance process, operations, and/ or transactional issues.
- Assists in coordinating with other divisions for the effective generation of financial data and information, and preparation of analyses relevant to the accurate preparation of tax computations
- Assists during the regular external audits by retrieving and/or preparing tax documents required by external auditors to ensure effective and efficient statutory financial audit
- Assists in handling of tax examination by providing schedules, and gather pertinent documents to support the company's position against any tax findings with proper documentations
- Ensures that the company is compliant with all the requirements of government regulatory boards (BIR, BOC, SEC, DTI, etc.)
- Assists Division / Regional & Global Heads in spearheading the Company’s legal and business risk management efforts.
- Assists Division / Regional & Global Heads in spearheading the Company’s efforts in complying with the HQ’s policies on good corporate governance, such as, but not limited to policies on anti-money laundering and anti-bribery.
- Participates in various company programs and activities; attends training programs and learning sessions for the enhancement of professional, technical, and personal proficiencies.
- Performs such other duties and responsibilities analogous, germane or related to and/or implied from the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with 3-5 years of experience in taxation and legal compliance or equivalent
- Proven track record of accountability for results
- Must have advanced proficiency level in MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Preferably proficient in any accounting system (eg SAP, Hyperion, etc)
- Preferably with experience in working in a multicultural environment
- Must have in-depth knowledge of taxation
- A plus if has an experience working in an Auditing Firm
- Willing to travel for training in local and abroad.
