IT Support Analyst  

Administration

• Most work is completed during regular business hours. Occasionally, with new system upgrades or server fixes, work must be completed during odd hours of the night or on weekends. This is when traffic to a Website or office activity will be at its lowest and thus have less of an impact on business.
• On call, (e.g. if server went down for some unexpected reason, need to available for checking the servers and making sure it is up the soonest time possible)
• This position is responsible for system administration of Windows server Active Directory integrated servers.
• Knowledge of account creation, Backups (i,e. Netbackup/ Microsoft Data Protection Manager), McAfee anti-virus, Print Servers and server hardware is a must.
• Candidate would additionally be responsible for technical mitigation and/or resolution of security findings.

Communication and Reporting

• Provides assistance to users in accessing and using client/server systems.
• Provides tier three server support for internal customer.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preference given to candidates with Professional Certifications, such as: PMP, Microsoft MCTS & MCITP, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP.
• Deep understanding of IT infrastructure
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows core concepts: Microsoft Active Directory service, DNS, DHCP, Radius
• Possess a strong technical background supporting workstations, servers, and networks
• In Depth knowledge in setting up and maintaining users using Microsoft Active Directory
• In Depth knowledge in managing windows servers, Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Windows Server Administrator with Windows Server 2008 and/or 2012 in a large production Datacenter environment.
• Good analytical skills in working with IT problems and issues
• A thorough knowledge about systems security devices
• Ability to work alone as well as in a group
• Ability to adhere to deadlines
• Excellent ability to analyze, make decisions and solve problems
• Knowledge in Qnap servers is a plus
• Applicants must be willing to work in Tanauan City,Batangas.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
