This position is responsible for all Accounts Payable operations including processes associated with invoice entry, from receipt of requests for payment through invoice posting utilizing PO's, vendor maintenance and reconciliation, internal and external communication, check disbursement. Assist with discrepancy resolution, daily payment runs and other reports and special projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process all vendor invoices for multiple divisions and locations
- Utilize SAP to perform AP functions
- Assist with resolving invoice discrepancies
- Daily communication with internal customers, external suppliers and inter-company divisions
- Prepare month-end reports and review AP aging reports
- Daily payment runs
- Vendor reconciliation and communication
- Filing of documents
- Back up to other staff as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or any related field
- Certified Public Accountant license preferred
- At least two (2) years substantial experience in Accounts Payable
- Highly organized, detail oriented, with high levels of integrity
- Ability to meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently and cooperate with fellow professionals in various disciplies and both office and out-of-office environments
- Good communication skills (oral and written)
- Proficient with MS Office applications and Google applications
- Knowledge in using systems such as SAP, Oracle, Peachtree, Intuit, and other similar applications an advantage
