Deskripsi Pekerjaan
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Verifies attendance hours worked for payroll purposes & pay adjustments and post information into designated records.
- Computes wages & deductions
- Accurate encoding of overtime forms
- Administers payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation of all employees
- Generate and process government mandated benefits (loans and monthly remittance for SSS, PHIC and HDMF)
- Prepare Yearly Alphalisting Report
- Prepare Last Pay of separated/resigned employees.
- Prepare 13th month pay
- Filing of pertinent documents related to payroll
- Attends to employee inquiries and concerns related to payroll/salaries
- Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
